Celestial Stems Tai Chi is a unique practice that aligns traditional Tai Chi movements with the cycles of the seasons. This course integrates gentle acupoint massage, mindful awareness, and an understanding of the body’s natural polarity (Yin and Yang) to create a deeply restorative and health-enhancing experience. More than a set of exercises, Tai Chi and Qigong represent a lifestyle—a commitment to the long-term cultivation of health and vitality. Cultivation, in this context, refers to the gradual process of growth and development that unfolds over time through consistent practice. While this course introduces foundational concepts and forms, the true benefits emerge as each student carries the practice forward, integrating these principles into daily life.

COST-
This program, in its Beta phase on our new virtual platform, is being offered on a "pay what is fair" basis. To simplify registration, you will sign up for the entire 8-week series of 40 classes. And you may choose which of those classes to attend. Classes are valued at $12 each. So if you plan to attend all classes you might choose to pay $480. But if you only plan to attend 1 class per week, you might choose to pay $96. If financial constraints are an issue, you might choose to pay what you are able and feel is fair.
